Deposits: A deposit of 50% of your entire stay is required at time of booking. Confirmation will be mailed once deposit is received. 

Payments: Visa, MasterCard or Discover are accepted as deposits on advance reservations. Balance is due upon arrival in Cash, Traveler's checks, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. 

Cancellations: If your reservation is cancelled MORE THAN 21 days, prior to your arrival your arrival date, your advance deposit will be returned less a ONE NIGHT CANCELLATION FEE.
Deposits on reservations cancelled 21 DAYS OR LESS prior to your arrival date are non refundable unless we are able to re-rent the room for the entire stay. If we are able to re-rent the room for the entire stay there will be a ONE NIGHT CANCELLATION FEE. Please note: Early departures or shortened stays are non-refundable.

Reservations:You are encouraged to book your reservations early. 

Check-in: Check-in time is between 2pm & 9pm unless previous arrangements have been made. One vehicle per room. 

Check-out: Check-out time for guests and their car is 11 a.m. Quiet Time is to be observed from 11p.m, to 9 a.m. 

Pets: Sorry, we do not have accommodations for Pets, although there is a Pet accommodation center nearby. 

Smoking: For the safety of all our guests, we are a smoke free guest house but smoking is permitted on the outside grounds.
