RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICIES

Deposits: An advance deposit of 50% of your entire stay is required within 7 days of your initial booking. If your deposit is not received within 7 days, your reservation will not be considered confirmed, Confirmation will be mailed once deposit is received. 

Payments: Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express are accepted as deposits on advance reservations. Balance is due upon arrival in Cash, Traveler's checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. 

Cancellations: If your reservation is cancelled more than 31 days, prior to your arrival your arrival date, your advance deposit will be returned less a 10% processing fee from the total amount of the reservation. MINIMUM ONE NIGHT CANCELLATION FEE.
Deposits on reservations cancelled 31 DAYS OR LESS prior to your arrival date are non refundable unless we are able to re-rent the room for the entire stay. If we are able to re-rent the room for the entire stay there will be a 10% processing fee from the total amount of the reservation. MINIMUM ONE NIGHT CANCELLATION FEE. Please note: shortened stays are non-refundable.

Reservations: We are open year-round and you are encouraged to book your reservations early. 

Check-in: Check-in time is between 2pm & 9pm unless previous arrangements have been made. One vehicle per room. 

Check-out: Check-out time for guests and their car is 11 a.m. Quiet Time is to be observed from 11p.m, to 9 a.m. 

Pets: Sorry, we do not have accommodations for Pets. 

Smoking: For the safety of all our guests, we are a smoke free guest house but smoking is permitted on the outside grounds.
